Originally from Ohio, Carol Krah graduated from Ohio University with a BSHEc degree and taught secondary Home Economics for 13 years. Carol started her stained glass business, “Favorite Things in Stained Glass” in 1993 while living in New Jersey. She moved to Florida in 2001 and has been an active participant and officer in the Creative Arts Association of Lakewood Ranch since its founding in 2001. As her interest in the arts evolved, Carol began volunteering at ArtCenter Manatee (now The Herrig Center for the ARTS) in 2009 and was elected to the Board of Directors in 2013 to the present.
Carol is happily married to Ken and has two adult children.
