Deborah Jernigan is the founder and creator of “Deborah J’s Designs.” She attended Ohio State University and Fashion Design School in Columbus, Ohio, where she earned her AA degree in design. I like to approach my work with an open mind to the creative process that radiates beauty and fashionable wear. All of my weaving is hand-woven with wool, cashmere, mohair, alpaca, silk, and other natural fibers. With my drop-woven effect, each piece is a one-of-a-kind design. My woven creations include tunics, three-way wraps, and scarves. Also among my creations are hand-dyed silk scarves, beaded purse handles, felted flower pins, and stick-pins.
